Rate sheets

Manage pricing programs and review CSV imports before activating a new version.

Open Rate Sheets

Go to Rate Sheets from Settings. Select an existing sheet to review its details or use the creation control to add a named sheet. Owners and admins can import CSV pricing.

Prepare a CSV

Open Import Rate Sheet and download the example CSV. Use the supported layout rather than uploading a lender’s arbitrary spreadsheet or PDF.

  • Upload a nonempty CSV up to 500 KB.
  • Use supported fields such as organization, program_name, program_code, rate, days, and points or llpa, or lock columns such as 30_day.
  • Rates use percentages: 6.5 means 6.5%.
  • Points use signed percentages of the loan amount, rather than prices around 100.
  • FICO/LTV adjustment matrices are not supported by this CSV import.

Upload and review

  1. Select the CSV file.
  2. Enter or review the rate sheet name.
  3. Wait for parsing to finish.
  4. Compare every program, rate, signed point value, and lock period with the source.
  5. Correct any unparsed rows in the CSV and upload it again.

Unparsed rows block activation. Do not assume that a preview means the sheet is active.

Activate the import

Use the activation control only after reviewing the preview and resolving errors. Activation creates a new version and carries forward other lenders and existing adjustments. Check the resulting rate sheet details after the import completes.
