Open the right application
Sign in and open My Applications. If more than one application is available, choose the intended loan. Check the property or loan details before entering information.
Answer the questions
Follow the guided question flow. The application asks about your personal information, household, employment and income, finances, property, and other relevant details. Some answers reveal follow-up questions.
Use the navigation controls to move through the flow and review earlier answers. Enter information for the person or record named on the screen.
Save and return
Watch the save state as you work. If the page reports a saving error, keep it open and resolve the problem before leaving. You can return through My Applications to continue an available draft.
Review and submit
- Reach the review stage.
- Check your answers and any listed issues.
- Return to the relevant questions to correct missing or invalid information.
- Submit when the application is ready.
- Confirm the page says your application has been submitted.
Submission sends the application into your lender’s review process. It does not mean the loan has been approved. Contact your lender for the next steps or if you need to change a submitted application.
Provide supporting documents
Use My Documents for the files your lender requests. Follow Upload your documents for the upload flow.
