Integrations

Connect Gmail and configure the external connections available to your workspace.

Open Integrations

Select the organization and open Integrations. Each integration card describes its scope and connection status. Read whether it is personal or shared with the workspace before connecting it.

Connect Gmail

  1. Find the Gmail card and select Connect.
  2. Choose the intended Google account.
  3. Review the requested permissions and complete the authorization flow.
  4. Return to Mina Pro and confirm the connection status.
  5. Open Email Inbox to review available messages.

If the card says Reconnect needed, use Reconnect and complete authorization again. Use Disconnect when you intend to stop that connection.

Configure a webhook

Owners and admins can configure the Outbound webhook card. Enter the destination URL and select Connect for a new connection or Save for an existing one. The current card subscribes to new-lead events.

Copy the signing secret when it is shown; it is not displayed again. Keep it in the receiving system’s secure settings. Select Send test and review the result to confirm delivery. Rotate secret replaces the signing secret, so update the receiving system if you use it.

Confirm the selected organization before editing: webhook configuration belongs to the workspace being displayed.

Check connection scope

Personal connections and workspace connections have different visibility. Read the card’s scope note and do not assume another team member’s personal connection is available to you.

Feature availability

Gmail is the supported email integration. Outlook is outside the current app scope. DocuSign and the assistant connector are currently hidden. See feature availability before looking for those controls.
