Check identifiers
Use Loan Info to distinguish the Mina Loan ID from lender identifiers. Where editing is available, confirm the intended lender and identifier before saving. Use the same identifiers when discussing a file with your team.
Open the borrower
Select the borrower link in the loan file to open their profile. The borrower record describes the person, while the loan record describes one transaction. A borrower can be associated with more than one loan.
