Use your invitation
Your lender may send a borrower invitation or give you their application link. Open that link to start with the correct company. The page may show your lender’s logo and company name.
- Open the link from your lender.
- Register using the invited email address, or sign in if you already have an account.
- Complete email verification when requested.
- Finish the invitation acceptance flow to enter your portal.
If your link has expired or does not recognize your email, ask your lender for a replacement. Do not use the staff signup flow to apply as a borrower.
Return to the portal
Use Borrower sign-in for future visits. If your lender provides a branded URL, use that address.
